Orders paid before 14:00 are usualy shipped in the same day - from time to time orders take 24-48 hours to be processed
We dont ship on Saturday or Sunday or any kind of holidays

3. General Shipping Information

3.1 Delivery Timescales
As per official information from UPS or DHL Courier most services should arrive within 4-10 working days. This timeframe is subject to change over Christmas, Easter, and peak shopping, and we take no responsibility for delays caused by extreme weather conditions. Ultimately, from customer feedback, we can advise that UPS Courier it’s the fastest within Europe.

3.2 Tracking details
If a tracking number is available, this will usually be provided to you automatically via email by the shipping service we have used to ship your order.

3.3 Re-shipping of lost orders
If your order is lost in transit , we will re-ship 50% off the initial order if you have chosen a tracked option at checkout
We do not re-ship orders stuck in customs or orders with wrong delivery address !
We make no exceptions from this rule !

3.5 Packaging and labeling
We use discreet packaging with no mention of our name / website or anything related on the outside or inside of the parcel. Each chemical is packed in its bag and then put together in a unique mylar foil bag to protect it on its journey to you.
